I sat down and spoke with Beatrice Kyle who was a former 1st Grade and KG Teacher with her first year of teaching being Covid. She highlights her navigation through virtual learning, changing from first grade to Kindergarten, and then finally decided to leave the classroom and tackle the job search process. She then landed in a recruiter role in her first job outside of education. Now, Beatrice is a Learning Management System Administrator for DuraServ.
